Aloo Hasi (Patato Raita)

Ingrediants:2 medium size Patato

1 small cup fresh grated coconut

1 small green chilli

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp urad dhall

1/2 cup curds

a small pinch of Asofoteida

few springs of curry leaves

1 small dry (red chilli or curd chilli) cut into pieces

Method: Boil the potato in a cooker ( usually i pressure cook with the dhall and rice). Grind green chilli and coconut in a mixer. Remove the potato from the pressure cooker keep aside let it cool. Cut the potato into medium size pieces. cut onion into small pieces. Take a bowl add the cut potato, onion and the coconut paste. Make the takda, take some oil add urad dhall, mustard seeds, hing. add curds and is ready
